Irgendwann fand man bei Atari Raubkatzen wohl sehr faszinierend. Denn Ataris Handheldkonsole von 1989 wurde Atari Lynx genannt. Die Entwickler dahinter kamen von Epyx und vom Amiga. Daher ist vielleicht gar nicht so verwunderlich, dass der Handheld gar nicht so schlecht ist. Neben dem ersten Lynx erschien 1991 der deutliche handlichere Lynx 2. Atari ließ ihren Atari Lynx bis 1995 am Leben und bis dahin wurden 2 Millionen Einheit verkauft.
At some point, Atari must have found cats of prey very fascinating. Because Atari’s handheld console from 1989 was called Atari Lynx. The developers behind it came from Epyx and the Amiga. It is therefore perhaps not so surprising that the handheld is not so bad. In addition to the first Lynx, the much more manageable Lynx 2 was released in 1991. Atari kept its Atari Lynx alive until 1995 and by then 2 million units had been sold.
