1983 wollte Mattel auch etwas vom Heimcomputerkuchen abhaben und brachte den Mattel Aquarius auf den Markt. Aber so richtig ging der Plan nicht auf. Denn im selben Jahr stampfte man den Aquarius auch wieder ein. Gerade mal 5 Monate war das System auf dem Markt.
In 1983, Mattel also wanted a slice of the home computer pie and launched the Mattel Aquarius on the market. But the plan didn’t really work out. The Aquarius was cancelled in the same year. The system was on the market for just 5 months.
