Der Sega Wondermega erschien 1992 in Zusammenarbeit mit JVC. Das Gerät ist ähnlich wie der Sega CDX bzw. Sega Multi-Mega. Das Gerät kombiniert auch den Sega Mega Drive / Genesis mit dem Sega CD / Mega-CD. Aber zusätzlich gab es noch eine Karaokemöglichkeit und der Sound wurde verbessert. Dieses Gerät konnte neben Sega Mega Drive / Genesis und Sega CD / Mega-CD auch das Sega 32X.
